We evaluate all rental applications based on verification of identification, employment, income, rental history, and credit history.

Picture ID is required - US Driver's License / Resident Alien card / Social Security Card
Approximately 2 1/2 times the monthly rent as income (GROSS INCOME)
A credit report and application are required for all applicants 18 and over.
Employment verification: 4 recent pay stubs and verbal confirmation of employment.
Employed for a minimum of 6 months at current employment.
Verification of prior rental history up to 3 years (when possible).
$50 application fee non-refundable to cover credit report and all other aspects of verifying information on your application
$300 to reserve an apartment (Non-Refundable after 3 days from approval) but will go towards your deposit.
*Pet rent $40
Resident's utilities : water, sewer, garbage, electricity and gas.
***Renters Insurance is MANDATORY****
ANY FALSE INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON AN APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
